The focus is on building strength, stamina and flexibility.
The class offers stretching while focusing on the breath in the poses. You will feel the freedom and openness in your mind, body and the breath.

Gentle Yoga class. 
The class includes few minutes of meditation, slow gentle yoga poses to improve blood circulation and to keep the joints healthy.
The focus is also on building balance, improving focus, movement and coordination.

Props you need - 1 Yoga Mat, 1 blanket and 1 chair. 

 

You can either sit on the mat or on a chair. Pose variation will be provided for both.

Yoga for Beginners

40 MINUTES

Dates:  September 11 - October 9

The series offers basic yoga poses and lets you experience the poses, the alignment and overall the feeling of openness as you begin the yoga journey. You will learn 35 yoga poses, sun salutations and more.

Restorative Yoga, Pranayama

1 HOUR 15 MINUTES

Dates - September 26th, October 30th, November 27th, December 19th
Thursdays - 5:30-6:45pm

Dwell into relaxing poses supported by the bolster, blankets and props. Deeply relaxed the nervous system.

Learn reclining Pranayama and ujjaayi breathing.

Cost - $25 per class

Yoga Inversions at the wall

1 HOUR

Dates - TBD

Learn inverted yoga poses while supported at the wall. The series will teach the sequence of the inversions, its benefits, the do's and don't. 
This series will take your practice to the next level.
