Never done yoga? Fairly new to yoga?
Or Do you feel overwhelmed in an hour long yoga class? I hear you.

This class is designed for just 40 minutes for beginners. This is a slow paced class.

The poses will be demonstrated and repeated to help you understand it better.

I believe that Yoga is for every body. If you have always wondered about getting into yoga, take this opportunity to get on the mat.
You will learn many yoga poses, sun salutation and the very basics of the poses.
