I’m a passionate yoga practitioner, a certified instructor, and a firm believer of yoga.

My teaching is rooted in the traditions of Indian yoga and offers a non-competitive space for personal growth & exploration.

I offer yoga asana, meditation, and restorative classes that nurture balance and healing for both the mind and body.

I'm passionate about helping people to live a healthy and peaceful life through the mindful and ancient practice of yoga.
