The poses taught in this series are resting poses to get relief from stress and let the mind and body relax.
The body is completely supported with the bolsters and blankets.
Each restorative pose is held for several minutes to get the benefits of the pose.
​
This is a complete practice of surrender and letting go. It helps the body to deeply relax and heal.
You will also learn reclining Pranayama and Ujjayi Breath to strengthen the nervous system.

Props you need (for online class) -

1 Bolster (or 3 thick blankets)

2 Yoga blocks

An eye pillow ( or soft washcloth)​

Make the poses more resting by -

Wear comfortable clothing.

If your feet are usually cold, please wear socks so the resting poses are more effective.
