Yoga to build balance for Seniors - Online

Do you lose balance as you carry out daily tasks? Or do you worry about losing balance as you age?
Medical science based research says that balance of the body is based on certain proprioceptors - also called as sensory inputs.
These are mainly - head, eyes, ears and feet.
These senses help one to balance - and is also responsible for imbalances that occur within the body.
This yoga series will help you to rebuild those senses and create brain-body connection.
The classes and sequences are designed to build this connection and to build neural pathways to understand these sensory inputs.
