If you're new to yoga, over 65, or returning to your practice after a long break, this class is designed for you. 

 

Move at a gentle, mindful pace—learning to listen to your body and connect each movement with your breath.

​

What you gain -

  • Experience a complete full-body stretch.

  • Explore Sun Salutations along with chair variations—perfect if you're unable to practice on the floor.

  • Focus on the fundamentals and proper alignment in each pose.

  • Understand the benefits of each pose.

BuildStrength&Stamina

Build Strength & Stamina

​

Ideal for intermediate students who have a basic understanding of the poses and are ready to deepen their practice.


This class focuses on refining alignment, building strength and flexibility, and exploring more advanced postures and breath work with greater awareness.

  • Develop body awareness and engage key muscles to build strength and flexibility

  • Increase stamina by learning to hold poses for longer durations

  • Create more space and freedom in both breath and movement

  • Expand your practice by exploring a wider range of yoga poses

Restoratives&Pranayama

Relax, Restore & Unwind.
One of the greatest gifts of yoga is its ability to heal—especially through restorative practices.
This calming yoga series is designed to help you feel deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated—mind, body, and spirit.

​

What you gain -

  • Experience deeply restful poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks—designed to gently release tension and calm the body.
    This practice deeply relaxes the nervous system and promotes healing from within.

  • You’ll also learn Reclining Pranayama with Ujjayi breath to strengthen and soothe the nerves.

  • A complete practice of stillness, surrender, and letting go.

Studio Guidelines - 

  • The studio opens 15 minutes before each class.

  • If another class is in session, kindly wait quietly in the waiting area.

  • Please silence your mobile devices to maintain a calm and peaceful environment.

  • Refrain from wearing perfumes or cologne, as strong scents may affect other participants.

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat, water bottle, and towel

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Yoga mats are available for rent at the studio if needed (subject to availability).
