The poses taught in this series are resting poses to get relief from stress and let the mind and body relax completely.
The body is completely supported with the bolsters and blankets.
Each restorative pose is held for several minutes to get the benefits of the pose.

This is a complete practice of surrender and letting go. It helps the body to deeply relax and heal.

In this workshop, you will also learn various breathing techniques including reclining Pranayama to strengthen the nervous system.

Desk or a computer job consists mostly of sitting for several hours that stiffens the muscles around the neck and shoulders.

In this workshop, you will learn many poses to help release the tightness in the neck muscles and around the shoulders. You will also learn poses that help to bring mobility in the shoulder blades, engage the shoulder muscles like Serratus Anterior to build strength and improve posture.

Everyday sitting for long hours can cause tightness in the hips and hip flexors. Learn various poses to release the tightness in the hips, hamstrings and hip flexor muscles.
This series will help to bring balance in the hips, improve blood circulation and will help to walk more freely.
It also helps to alleviate low-back pain, hip and knee pain.
