Desk or a computer job consists mostly of sitting for several hours that stiffens the muscles around the neck and shoulders.

In this workshop, you will learn many poses to help release the  tightness in the neck muscles and around the shoulders. You will also learn poses that help to bring mobility in the shoulder blades, engage the shoulder muscles like Serratus Anterior to build strength and improve posture.

What you will learn in this workshop - 

1. Neck and shoulder exercises that you can do it anywhere by taking a short break from work or even at the desk.

2. You will learn about shoulder muscles, how to find and engage these muscles.

3. Poses to build shoulder strength and flexibility.

4. Poses that helps to relax the neck muscles.

5. How to do Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana) safely to keep the natural curve of the neck safe.
